the title tells it all. Merry christmas and happy new year everyone (no exception but I wish you never read it).

I was trying real hard to celebrate christmas this year, I attended midnight mass at cathedral on christmas eve. I was going to watch pope benedict live on TV after that, at 3.30 in the morning but no, I was very sleepy. The very next morning I had to get up early and went to grandma's house to celebrate the annual christmas celebration.

Ended up feeling very empty, lost and somehow I felt something was missing. It was not crowded, I did not see many green and red decorations, I did not see zwarte piet and sinterklaas as many as.. last year. I don't know. I didn't take out my christmas tree. I wasn't fully prepared for christmas, an event that I always look forward to.

I just wish 2009 ends fast (and to skip 31 december, no celebration for new year, just like last year - fucked up.)
